At Ease Home Health Care, Inc. sends text messages to patients, their designated representatives, and people who have requested care from us. Messages relate to appointments and care coordination, including visit scheduling and reminders, changes to a scheduled visit, follow-up on a care request, and coordination with your care team.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How to Join
You join the program by providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, or by giving us your consent in writing or verbally when you speak with our staff. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services from At Ease Home Health Care.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your care schedule and the status of your request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. At Ease Home Health Care does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to each message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and we will not send you further texts through this program. Opting out of text messages does not affect your care, and we will still be able to reach you by phone or email.
